Sourced coordinates are available for 15 of 52 entries. Points come from the agriculture ministry’s map dated 25 September 2025; confirm location and services. Calculated distances are straight-line distances, not travel routes.

Search by veterinarian name or practice maintained by PDHI Yogyakarta; records also include other cities. Check the dates and completeness of individual records; a listing does not confirm a current practice licence, a vet on duty or emergency service.
